When do letters arrive?
We ship out the first of every month, ensuring your historical journey begins promptly.

Do we ship outside the U.S.?
Yes! We do ship outside the U.S. and offer an international subscription plan so families around the world can enjoy the experience.

Can I cancel my subscription plan?

You can cancel at any time.

Our refund policy is as follows: 

  • If you cancel within the first 3 months, we retain the equivalent of 3 months and refund the balance for the remaining period.
  • If you cancel after 3 months, we refund the amount for the unused remaining issues.

Example:

  • Cancel after 2 issues → We keep 3 months’ worth and refund the remaining 9 months.
  • Cancel after 6 months → We refund the remaining 6 months.

This policy ensures we cover the committed production and delivery costs while providing fair refunds for longer-term cancellations. All refunds are processed within 10 business days.
